The parents of a Houston boy dropped him at daycare.  The mother believe that the boys father would be picking him up from the daycare later that day.  When she came home, they realized the mistake.  No one had picked him up.

They both rushed to the daycare to get their child only to find it dark and locked.  Everyone had gone home for the day.

The couple could hear their child crying, as he was still inside the building.  So what could they do?

They broke in, that’s what.

In the video above, you can see the father breaking the window, hopping inside and rescuing his son from the dark building.

The daycare has stated they are sorry for the incident and will not be firing the employee who closed up for the day and left the child inside alone.

This brings a lot of questions to mind.

  • Should the employee be fired?
  • Why did the employee leave the child alone in the first place?
  • Why weren’t the parents contacted when they did not arrive to pick up the child?
  • Were the parents right in breaking in?

I’ll be honest, I’d probably do the same thing these parents did.  Would you? Leave us a comment and let us know.
